Our services range from assistance with cooking and cleaning to medication reminders and personal care, ensuring seniors receive the support they need to maintain their quality of life at home.

As a CQC registered provider for Domiciliary care, Stride Adult Care Services offers extended packages for home care, including live-in care. Our regulated activity is personal care.

Our Target Group

    We provide tailored care through a three-part service model, graded as Low-Level (Preventative), Moderate-Level (Intermediate), and High-Level (Intensive) services.

    1. Support with Daily Living Activities: Assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping.
    2. Companionship: Social interaction to alleviate isolation and loneliness.
    3. Well-being Checks: Regular visits to monitor and support individual well-being.

    Moderate-Level (Intermediate) Services

    1. Personal Care: Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
    2. Medication Management: Reminders or support for taking prescribed medications.
    3. Mobility Support: Assistance with walking and transferring to and from beds or chairs.

    High-Level (Intensive) Services

    1. Complex Personal Care: Assistance for individuals with significant physical or cognitive impairments, including bathing, toileting, and feeding.
    2. Medical Care: Support with medication administration, wound care, and other prescribed medical treatments.
    3. Specialist Support: Services tailored for conditions like dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or end-of-life care.

    Live-In Care Services

    1. 24/7 Support: Continuous care from a live-in caregiver, assisting with all aspects of daily living.
    2. Overnight Supervision: Ensuring safety and well-being throughout the night.

    Respite Care Services

    1. Temporary Relief: Short-term care providing regular caregivers a break, ranging from a few hours to several weeks.
    2. Reablement and Rehabilitation-Focused Support: Intensive, short-term support designed to help individuals regain independence after a hospital stay, illness, or injury.
